Evergreene Development Group was formed to build quality communities in beautiful lake and mountain front areas of Eastern Tennessee. Bert Ballowe and Doug Hodge have combined their skills in order to select the land, design conceptual community plans, work with local planning commissioners and engineers, and ultimately create unique, environmentally friendly communities.
